With financial support from the European Union (EU) and UNCDF, ekShop launched the Bazar Bondhu initiative to improve the living standards of Micro Merchants in Bangladesh by digital financial inclusion, expanding the potential for increased enterprise development, employment and increased economic participation. Through the 'Bazar-Bondhu' Micro Merchant network, ekShop, has digitized about 2000+ Micro Merchant shops all around the country. Through this initiative, ekShop has reached households previously unreachable by e-commerce services.
