The ekShop delivery was created during the Covid pandemic, as a digital platform for transparent supply chain by integrating transport services of multiple logistics companies in a single platform, from where all the stakeholders can share and utilize transportation resources for their logistics management. This was, they could get the timely information about the availability of space in the vehicles to ensure maximum utilization of their logistics resources. Development of the space allocation system was also considered as a process backed by the data driven approach. This holistic approach largely contributed keeping the nationwide essential food transportation supply chain alive, in spite of Covid surge back then.
It is the only platform to connect 80 percent of the nation's logistics providers with its exclusive geo-mapping. ekShop's ecosystem facilitates its partner e-Commerce and logistic companies above 16,000 access points including 6500+ digital centres assisted by 10,000 entrepreneurs, as assisted buying/selling and logistics points helping rural population access ekShop, enabling a nationwide chain of goods transactions.
Currently delivering more than 15,000 parcels nationwide, ekShop Delivery is well equipped for providing in-hand delivery to the last mile community. Using ekshop delivery systems our partners provide doorstep delivery in 64 districts, 491 thanas, and 4454 unions through the partner organizations with our well-trained delivery team. Having the Bangladesh Post Office as our mid mile partner, we have created a smart logistics service infrastructure that is able to delivery any size product, anywhere within the country, up to the last mile. All delivery orders are updated from the field on a real-time basis with Our online tracking system.
